Submit your work by emailing photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please name the photo file using the following format:
ENTRY FEE: $10 per person, payable upon delivery of accepted work.
Delivery of Work: All accepted work must be delivered in gallery ready format to Austin College from Tuesday April 9 through Tuesday April 16 during business hours (Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm or by special arrangement). More details will be provided in acceptance letter. Work that is shipped to us must include return postage!
Installation: Wednesday & Thursday, April 17 & 18. Austin College Art Department staff will install the exhibit. If your work must be installed by you personally, you can make arrangements to do it on these dates.
Pick up of Work: The exhibit will close on May 24. Pick up will be the following week starting after the memorial day holiday: Tuesday May 28 – Friday, May 31, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm or by special arrangement. Work that has been shipped to us with return postage will be sent back this week.
